A perversion of the Moscow Mule, this little lovely can be made with Gin, Vodka or Rum. Personally, I prefer Rum. It’s a refreshing cocktail, perfect for sunning yourself on a Jamaican beach, or, if you live in Melbourne, shivering by the light of your chilblains on an icy afternoon.
40 ml Light Rum
50 ml Cranberry Juice
Wedges of lime
In a tall glass, mix rum and cranberry juice over ice, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with limes and down it FAST before the frostbite moves through your body.
